Leasing. they tried to blame us for a clear coat on the roof of the car. that is total poor quality on their part.

We turned in our lease with mileage overage. They charged us high for that even though we tried to tell them that we got rid of a car during covid 19 due to job loss. Then they added on over 300 dollars for a clear coat on the roof!!! We told them we were having financial hardship right now. They blackmailed us by saying they would remove the clear coat cost if we made three large payment. If we did not pay the three large payment then they were going to leave the clear coat charge on. Total poor quality is why the clear coat is off.

Stay away from the Attorney General. The first person they will check out is YOU ; back to the day of your birth for unfiled or unpaid taxes (local, state, federal) , criminal record activity, child support payments or other court ordered restitution, and so much more.

They are not your friend. You will find yourself audited for 7 years even if you come up clean.

And don't expect any favors from Ford. You're on the wrong track in both instances.

I highly recommend no on buy a car from Ford Credit. My experience is absolutely pathetic. Purchase a car from them in 2017. My payments were over $400 every two weeks. I fell behind and they treated my terrible especially the finance manager. I ended up returning car cause I could not afford payments. The sold the car at auction and I am stuck now with a $7000 judgment. The car wasnt worth the $3000 they got at auction. Now Im stuck paying for this car I dont have. Most recently sent them a message about lowering monthly payments they are taking out of my biweekly checks because my hours were cut due to the virus. I received no reply. This place rips people off. Stay away

More than $800 / month payment ? Did you buy a brand new Lincoln ?

The formula is usually about $17/$1000 financed.

That means you financed a $47,000.00 note, assuming a healthy down payment. Returning current leased vehicles to the dealership are treated as repossessions.

Deferment truck hasnt been delivered need till May 17 for first payment due date

I signed a contract for a new dump truck on 3/5/20 and still have not received my truck . This caused me to delay all of my jobs, so I need the payment pushed out till May 17. I am still being told maybe two weeks each week when I call. This has caused a delay in all the jobs I have listed, so I haven't been able to do any work. In 2018 I bought a Ford Fusion through ford credit, for some reason we missed a payment by the 30 days and it went on my credit history, ok that sounds about right, 2 years later having not missed one payment since for ford credit or anyone else I sent a letter detailed as Ford Credit requested it. I made it clear to them that if they removed the late payment I would be in a credible position to lower my mortgage saving me approximately $300 a month.

I received a blanket letter that basically told me to get lost missed the payment and there is nothing they will do about it. Ford credit I am going to buy out the remainder of the loan and have nothing to do with ford, which does hurt them as I have four boys who all need cars but I will never allow them to set foot in a ford forecourt

With the shut down at my restaurant Ive been affected financially. I value my credit and the financing that FMC granted me were goin to be in jeopardy. I called and the representative was fantastic and she was able to defer two months of payments. No fees, no late payment fines and reports. What an understanding co Ford Motor Credit. Thank you!!

Problem

My injectors on my 2109 Ford ranger have gone twice I'm a mechinac by trade and k ow what damages this is causing to my engine I'm not happy with the fact that this damage is acuring and that firs dealers cant seem to help me with a loner car. Do not recommend using Ford Credit website

Ford Credit Account Manager/Payments site never works. Requires user name/password be entered twice, then takes you to a page explaining site has changed and your account will need to be "linked" to the new account manager. Problem is it NEVER works. I lock my account up every month; have to change password every month trying to get it to work. This update was made several months. When I finally do get it work, I've been messing with the website so long, I have no idea what I did to remember it the next month. It should not take 1/2 hour to make a car payment! Will never recommend paying bill via their website.

I had an issue with my auto pay and instead of assisting me, Ford Credit reported me as delinquent to the credit bureaus. When I asked them why they did not offer any customer support or forgiveness, I was told that the payment was late, and that was that, even though I paid the full balance as soon as it was brought to my attention. This is my third, and LAST Ford.

I WAS SUPPOSEDLY LATE FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS OF 2019 AND DECEMBER WASN'T EVEN OVER YET. REDEMPTION TOLD ME I COULD PAY FOR THE THREE MONTHS AND GET MY CAR BACK OR INCLUDE JANUARY PAYMENT WITH THE AMOUNT SO I CAN BE CURRENT. I AGREED TO THAT AND SENT THEM 4 MONTHS OF PAYMENTS. ON 1-2-20 I RECEIVED MY NEXT BILL AND MY PAYMENT WAS LISTED BUT THERE WAS ALSO A LATE FEE AND A DUE DATE OF 1-15-20.
