TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF ALL TRANSACTIONS YOU MAKE ON MYFORDCREDIT.COM! (autopay setup confirmation, payment receipts, any sort of application / confirmation. And any conversation with a rep). They will not process your request and then customer service will deny ever seeing a note on your account.

Always pay early incase there is an issue(and there will be).

My credit was damaged twice because ford failed to complete their responsibilities even after I received confirmation. Every time I speak to a rep, it's the exact same thing. They will say they're sorry but if you did your part they would've seen your request. At first I just wanted to figure what could've gone wrong but as the rep just gets more and more condescending and repeated the same thing over and over. It really starts to *** you off when no matter what you say, the rep just repeatedly blame you and say they didn't see anything in their system. It was the longest, most frustrating and useless conversation I've ever had with a customer service rep.

After I set up my auto pay and received confirmation, it did not go through. Instead of notifying us when we 'missed' our payment, they waited until almost the next billing date and them blew up our phone nonstop out of nowhere.

Every month, I have to constantly log in to my ford credit to see if my auto pay actually went through(now switched to manual). Even after I paid manually I would have to check to see if it was posted. I'm always nervous that something is going to happen and they won't contact me until it's too late.

I got my auto loan to build up my credit, as I am fairly young. I did not realized I was shooting myself in the foot when I signed up for the loan. I am paying off the loan completely now so I don't ever have to deal with them again. I feel very bad for people who are stuck with ford until the end of their loan term.

If you have an auto loan through ford, please do your sanity a favor and switch to a different lender asap.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I will pay off the loan immediately and solve this myself.

Ford Credit Cons: If cant help couldve at least try to be courteous.

I had the same problem. I will never pay through the ford credit website again.

I set up my payments through my bank and it went through fine. Their website is flawed.
