According to the Ford Credit FAQ section, once the account balance has been satisfied, the appropriate paid in full documents should be issued to the customer within 10-15 business days.
If you did not receive the documents, please contact the Ford Credit customer care team by phone at 1-80*-727-7000. You may also submit your request via the customer service form on the Ford Credit Contact Us page. Ford Credit Customer Service Center is available
  • Monday - Friday from 7:00AM to 8:00PM (Central Time)
  • Saturday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM (Central Time)

If you cannot get through to anyone via phone, you can fax in a lien release request. You send them a copy of the title with a coverpage asking for a lien release and stating whether you want it faxed back, emailed, or placed in the mail. Fax Number to the loan dept is : 866-308-**** , put "ATTN: FMCC -Lien Release". Hope this helps!!

In order to get your title after paying off the loan you should contact Ford Credit customer service. Try to reach them one more time and remind about the title you need. Contact support reps by phone at 800-727-7000.

Unfortunately, the Ford Motor Credit does not provide any information if the company would pay for the repossession on vehicles. However, you may always contact Ford Motor Credit Customer Support at 1-80*-727-7000 Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
Please note that if your vehicle was not financed with Ford Credit, you should contact the institution that provided the financing for assistance.

According to Ford Credit website, if you need to send documents by mail, please contact Ford Credit customer service by phone 800-727-7000 in order for the company to provide the proper mailing address. The payment mailing address, along with your account number, can be found on your monthly invoice, as well as the "Payment Options" screen within Account Manager. A copy of your invoice may also be available for viewing within Account Manager.

2018 F-150 King Ranch. I currently have in production a King Ranch in Platinum White, my question is will my front and rear bumpers be the same color as the lower trim paint color or will they be chrome? I am hoping that they will be painted the trim color.

The truck will be delivered to the dealer around the 2nd week of April, so it is in production and the dealer mentioned they are not sure if it's chrome or painted, and at this point it cannot be changed or checked to see what it is.

Can you help on this in any way? I really like the painted bumpers vs. the chrome.
