Ford Credit - Terrible customer service they lie

We tried to get our title because we are in Michigan a title holding state to do a refi and called ford credit at least 40 times and every time we got a different story stating where it was and saying they sent it to us when they all had a different story and none of it was the truth. We tried for over a month and it was a nightmare mean while our interest was racking up! Never again! Go elsewhere!

Ford Credit - Leased vehicle not charged when turned in fir mileage

Someone was to contact my email close of business today 01/07/2019 well that didn't happen!!! Need to know why when a keSed vehicle was turned in why over mileage wasn't charged at that time?

Ford Credit - Autopay

I have complaint and it all started when I changed banks. I setup autopay and system defaulted to my prior bank charging me a late fee. The late fee was waived and I requested a Ford Representative to setup autopay online chat. I received receipts from email I thought were payment deduction notification. I am a graduate student concentrating on my studies. Two months later I received a past due letter and that I owed them the minimum payment plus late charges. I decided to pay manually for three months, on time, with the last payment I owed less late charge. The remaining balance is $68 dollars that are late charges. If Ford Representative correctly setup autopay I would not owe any late fee. All the written discussion is in my history account that the representative told me I was setup with autopay.
